Terms of Service
These terms govern access to BizMate, a platform that helps customers discover and communicate with independent service businesses, make bookings and use merchant-specific memberships and rewards.

Using BizMate
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use BizMate only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, merchants, the platform or legal compliance.
Independent merchants
Merchants listed on BizMate are independent service providers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, BizMate is not the seller or provider of their services. The merchant is responsible for service descriptions, quotations, availability, qualifications, safety, fulfilment, warranties and applicable licences.
Bookings, prices and payments
A booking records a requested appointment with the selected merchant. Prices shown by BizMate come from merchant-approved data, but a quote may be required when scope is uncertain. Cancellation, payment, refund and service terms may also be set by the merchant.
AI and communications
The AI assistant is designed to answer from merchant-approved information and may transfer uncertain requests to a merchant. Its response is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Important details should be confirmed with the merchant. WhatsApp and telephone are optional external channels; BizMate cannot monitor or guarantee communications that leave the platform.
Memberships and rewards
Each membership, point balance and reward belongs to one merchant. They are not combined or transferable across merchants. The issuing merchant defines earning and redemption rules, while BizMate records qualifying transactions and redemptions within that merchant's account.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of content you submit and permit BizMate to process it to operate the requested service. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or malicious content, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with security, or misuse messaging and notification features.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep BizMate reliable, but features may be interrupted or changed. To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, BizMate is not responsible for indirect losses or the acts, omissions or service quality of an independent merchant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as BizMate develops. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the applicable Malaysian courts.
